Hi, I’m Andra Mititelu.
With over 15 years of experience in Media, Advertising, and later Enterprise Technology Sales, my career journey has shaped me into the Conscious Leader I am today.
Having fully transitioned into Coaching and Leadership Development, I now dedicate my energy to inspiring and empowering others to rise into the conscious leaders they already are — and to redefine what success truly means for them. Originally from Romania, I moved to the UK in 2010 to pursue a Master’s degree and began my corporate career shortly after. Stepping into coaching and entrepreneurship with Grow and Glow Tribe has opened up a whole new chapter — one where I have the freedom to travel, work from anywhere, and support others in creating aligned, purpose-driven lives and careers.
